There was good food and good customer service but it was hard to have a nice dinner as the pool table was extremely loud.

It's a pub, not a restaurant. It does pub food at sensible prices, decent grub. Had a meal there Sunday, perfectly edible food, served quickly, and dogs made very welcome. Best pint of Doombar I've had outside Cornwall! I have no complaints, they do an offer where you get a card stamped each time you buy a pint, 6 stamps you get a free pint. Can't knock it.
