Customer service could be better
Really surprised to read some of the reviews - we have used baby direct a lot and bought a ful travel system and several car seats from them. The reason we have done so is that the staff have always been hugely helpful - providing personal service and taking the time to listen to specific needs that you dont get, I find, in larger branded stores. Particularly on car seat safety and fitting, their knowledge has been invaluable. Prices have always been reasonable and they have also been hugely helpful with advice on the phone and in sourcing spare parts. Highly recommended.

Went in for cloth nappy bits and the girl serving looked at me like I was an alien. On a previous visit we were in the shop 10 minutes and no body came out to see if we needed anything. Shame its the only baby shop locally as some competition might make them improve their customer service
Nice independent baby shop. We bought a green sheep mattress from here and was as competitive as other places, however with independent shops you get that extra friendly service and better knowledge
