I came to Horsforth Smile Clinic following poor care I received and dental neglect from my previous dentist. The level of care I have received at Horsforth Smile Clinic is excellent, all the staff are welcoming and friendly.All treatment is explained thoroughly, couldn't fault them at all!
Untrained staff will book you in random appointments and then try to charge you 40 for missing it, even though you never asked for the appointment. I was then told "go find another dentist bye".This is my reply to the below comment. I never got the text and I never booked the appointment so why would I pay 40 for a missed appointment?And Also You are clearly not trained and you are extremely rude since you ended the call with "Go find another dentist bye". I wouldn't have left this message if you had some manners. I suggest getting new staff and kick out the untrained rude ones.
Talks over you and tries to sell you a service plan when it's not necessary.Pushy up selling and complete con privately.
Always a pleasure to see Dr Khan, he's a brilliant dentist and the practice is so warm and welcoming.
No one really likes a visit to the dentist. But I can honestly say I always feel I have been looked after and my teeth well cared for. The reception staff are very helpful and your always met with a smile from them. Especially Zoe.
