I am constantly being refused to book an appointment on the only day and time of the week when I am available and not working or caring for my disabled wife Wednesdays after 2pm. This is something which could be very serious, but for which I am physically not in a position to be able to attend other than the dates explained to the appointments line - I just simply need an appointment on a Wednesday. 'Jude' on the appointments line confirmed today that from 10th January - 23rd January 2019 it is physically impossible to book an appointment other than in the afternoon on the day, sit and wait. I honestly think this is disgusting Avoid this doctors surgery at all costs if you care for a member of your family or work and can't just stop what you are doing at the drop of a hat (presumably 60% of the population!) Complaint sent to the NHS

Had to call in with grandson . Couldnt get an appointment at all on day one despite being on hold for 2 and 1/2hrs . Only to be told to ring back at 12 . Did that and was told no be available .Following day totally different ! Rang in got appointment was seen on time and couldnt fault the service . The place itself is well organised with ample space for sit and wait and even the odd wheelchair . It must be the Monday rush or not enough staff !! Car park is too small .!I concur with a previous review ! Communication communication communication
Visited the surgery on Friday as my husband was very unwell. The receptionist was brilliant, she got him a wheel chair as the doctor he was seeing was upstairs. I had to collect my grand daughter from school who also had an appointment but when I got back to the surgery she had looked after him in the office and even gone the extra mile by getting his prescription from the chemist which meant I only had to take him home when I'd seen the doctor with my grand daughter. She insisted on wheeling him out in the wheel chair to the car and making sure he was ok.... what a gem, I wish I had taken her name, but she is a regular on reception and I can't thank her enough for making an extremely stressful situation bearable.... well done you x
New to the surgery and my experience is a joke already. Waiting over a week for an appointment because they insisted I see a doctor before they refill my birth control. So the morning of the appointment was crazy and I knew I wasn't gonna make my appointment time so I was calling in to see if I could have my time slot extended or rescheduled.. I was hold for 32 minutes. Only to be attended to by a receptionist with a bad attitude who said they couldn't hold my appointment for more than 10 minutes past schedule time(I missed the appointment by 12 minutes).. so obviously I try to reschedule and she said she can't help me.. to call back after 12oclock. If I could give them zero stars I would.. horrible experience.. rude receptionist
