Recently had a new floor fitted in my lounge and I have to say the service has been wonderful ! From start to finish was a pleasure using SC&B, from initial chat and subsequent quote with Craig, Heather's advice on which colour to go for, and Dan the fitter who suggested laying the tiles in a different way which made life more difficult for him, so no sign of wanting to get in and out. Will definitely use again!

Excellent service provided. We firstly went to one of the main carpet suppliers at a Retail Park one weekend to get a quote. Afterwards, due to delays in the house move, it give us a chance to get some more quotes where we decided to try some local suppliers. Simply Carpets made an instant impression and their quote was far better than what we had previous. We had various emails back and forth due again to delays and uncertainties with the house move. During this time they were extremely patient which helped put our minds a rest. With final emails confirming the fitting date the actual fitting day went smoothly and completed everything that day. The team were very polite and professional during the fitting. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others for similar work.
Over the past couple of years, Simply Carpets & Beds have replaced all the floor coverings in our home - through-lounge, stairs and landing, three bedrooms and kitchen.
