Great service and a lovely set off workers
This firm is great. They have been coming to my home for over 25 years of family life and have saved my carpets from everything from Ribena to red wine. They take as much trouble with a new carpet which has suffered as they do with making an older one look as good as possible. The staff are always kind and helpful and go to a lot of trouble to do the best they can to solve any problem you present them with. The prices are highly competitive too.
We wanted two pairs of curtains cleaned so invited this company to quote. It was suggested that we have the curtains cleaned in situ to which we agreed - what a mistake. The way the chemical substance was applied was entirely irresponsible and quite contrary to the manufacturers instructions. The curtains were so drenched in the cleaning agent that it dripped down onto the carpet in one room and the wooden floor in another. The smell was so overpowering that we had to take the curtains down in the middle of that night. The carpet and floor continued to smell for some MONTHS afterwards. Indeed we had to replace the bedroom carpet before we could sleep in there again. The underside was heavily stained in reaction to the chemical. We also had to replace the curtains as the smell persisted in them. We eventually took this company to the County Court who found in our favour. Since telling people about our nightmare we have heard other horror stories about this company. My advice - don't give them any work.
I took my daughter in laws wedding dress to be cleaned. It is 40 years old. It was very dusty, yellowing and very delicate. In fact very grubby. It came back from the cleaners sparkling white and looked beautiful. It was very reasonable, great quality and great service. The staff were very kind and helpful.
