Utterly incompetent! Do not communicate always fail self set expectations and cannot commit to a verbal agreement. Once we chased them up they completely back tracked and charged me with a bill, which I would have never paid if they advised me correctly, I refuse to recommend this firm and strongly advise to seek other legal advisers! ABSOLUTE COWBOY'S!!!!!!
If you have plenty of time and paitence dont mind your calls not returned, no one has your information , your solicitor is never in , dont liase with your estate agent and finally force you in despair to go physically stand in the office demanding to know at what stage your sale is at !! Office is a disgrace papers every where hence why they sent out someone elses last will and testament to my stepson then yes these cowboys are for you !!!!!NEVER AGAIN
This was my first time using Norton Connor and I have to say it's the best experience I have had with a solicitor. Our solicitor Luke was first class to deal with, communication was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for him. On several occasions he went the extra mile for us and really made what can be a stressful situation (home move) as smooth as possible. I'd certainly use again and have recommend to friends.
Extremely unprofessional. Even spoke badly about neighbours in the properties attached to their premesis to members of the public. Not the values or behaviours I'd expect of a solicitor. Makes me wonder what they say behind clients backs (regarding confidential issues) when they speak in such a way about fellow neighbours. Utterly shocked!
