The pork chow mein and chicken balls I had were great. Best Chinese that I have had in the Leeds area for a long time. Quick and friendly service too. I shall definitely be going back and am looking forward to trying some more adventurous food on the menu.
Always had good food from here. Tried various other Chinese food takeaways and found this was the best.
Ordered from here tonight only to wait for nearly an hour for food that never arrived and upon calling up to ask where my food was I was told that it had already been out but nobody answered which is a lie as both my mobile and intercom were switched on yet neither of them rang so obviously the driver went to the wrong address. When I called the Chinese the woman who answered was extremely rude and showed no friendly customer skills towards me whatsoever, when she told me she was about to resend the food out to me I told her that it would be cold but she did nothing but argue and did not try to rectify this issue and expected me to pay for cold food and extremely bad service, she was arrogant unhelpful aggressive and extremely rude to the point where I felt as though I had to put the phone down on her. They sent out the food anyway which I then turned away at the door, it was only then that I received a call from a man at the Chinese finally offering to recook the food which I also turned down cos let's face it who would want to eat and pay for food from them after all that..
The food is good, although a bit salty. The lady who answers the phone, is nothing short of been rude though.
Previous comments are quite correct. The girl on the counter has no customer skills at all, she is rude, ill-mannered and downright unpleasant. Likewise on the phone. If she doesn't want to be doing the job she should clear off whence she came. SHE is what brings this place down. As to the food, it seems to depend on who is cooking at the time, sometimes meals are great, other times not so good.Brown egg fried rice though???? How indeed!!
