Contacted Matthew at MRB to look at a problem with the toilet in the my apartment. Initially Matthew was helpful and visited the property as arranged, took the faulty part away with him to get a replacements...then disappeared?Despite several phone calls and left voicemails over a period of 3-4 weeks no response, no apology, no explanation and never returned the faulty part in order to source a replacement myself.A simple routine toilet repair ended up a costly one and my tenant was without a working toilet in the ensuite for a month.Very poor service and communication, will look elsewhere next time for a reliable plumber
