I used this company for mortgage advice and was left feeling ripped off. Having paid a fee of 395.00 for them to arrange the mortgage the advisor then applied for two different mortgages which turned out to be unaffordable and the applications rejected.I then complained which resulted in the company actually bothering to look why I was rejected for the mortgages I was told should be affordable. Their answer was to blame the computer systems of the mortgage company for the matter, rather than to take responsibility themselves. This company did not want to find out why I was rejected untill I complained, failed to accept any responsibility for either of the failed applications and still expected me to use them in future. I was offered no refund and am left out of pocket and looking for mortgage advice elsewhere.

Cannot fault them at all, if we have had any issues these have been fixed on the same day all communication is perfect with regards to visits and plenty of notice given its been a nice easy process and we have now been renting with them for over a year.
Great service, staff are very friendly and always happy to go above and beyond. The mortgage team were great too and things progressed very quickly to completion. We would definitely use them again.
