Was previously living in a property manged by Lets Live Leeds, they are lovely people but take a while for things to get fixed and you have to chase up queries constantly to get things done. Also you have to pay 60 Leaving fee.
Some issues experienced, but thanks to the lovely Alix... all sorted and all happy now!Gary
Cannot thank them enough for making the process of moving to the city easy for myself and friend. We were able to find a great property very quickly with them which fitted all of our needs. There have been a couple of hiccups along the way but they are very quick to resolve these. They are also an exceptionally friendly bunch!
Would rate 0 stars if I could.Very bad letting agent, would definitely stay away from them. Ridiculous admin fees , very poor service, keep promising to fix stuff in the house but never do. They will also try and keep your deposit and blame old damages on new tenants. They also try to charge you at any opportunity they get. Avoid at all costs.
Lets Live Leeds made my moving experience quick and easy. The bespoke tour service they offer saved me a lot of time and effort compared to when I have house hunted previously. They dealt with my application efficiently and answered any questions I had. Thank you!
